Spend Network uses data to help governments and their suppliers to create better deals and to forge lasting partnerships. Modern statistical analysis techniques have transformed finance, sport and agriculture and help procurement to catch up, gather better data and use it to deliver better services and better value for its citizens.
Role in the project
Spend Network is a data-as-a-service organisation that collects, augments and shares data on global public procurement, beneficial ownership, and public entities. Spend Netwok has set up the largest database of Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) documents in the world. Spend Netwok brings to the project knowledge of creation, design, maintenance and implementation of data feeds, experience in gathering, structuring, and using data (unstructured, semi-structured and structured) as well as helping private, and public sector organisations do this.
